Thank you for shopping with Auraluxe Beauty. Customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or are missing their original packaging are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Opened or used makeup products

  • Personal care items

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

  • Clearance or sale items (unless damaged or incorrect)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review your request and provide a replacement or refund if approved.

Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method or another agreed method.

Exchange Policy

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
